05/22/08: Invitation to the annual convention of the GAREL e.V. “Urban development – instruments of modern project development”
The German Association for Real Estate Law e.V., based in Berlin, is an interdisciplinary consortium of experts on the fields of economy, consulting and research within the real estate.
The goal is on the one hand to promote and develop the real estate sector from the holistic view upon its matter, and intentional networking and contact maintenance among decision makers within the German and international real estate economy on the other.
During the upcoming annual convention, Wolf Uwe Rilke (managing director of the planungsgruppe 4, member of plan 4 21) will talk on the subject of “Almaty – urbal development and urban planning projects in the Middle Asia”, PhD. Sigrid Wienhues und Christian D. Esch from the law firm Graf von Westphalen will elaborate on current legal issues concerning urban development and real estate economy. Further presentations and inspection of the building project „Feldhoopstücken“ are scheduled.

The internationalization of the market sets new standards for the company management. Besides the challenges that foreign cultures and foreign languages raise, specific characteristics of law and taxes must be considered.
